Open-Source System EdgeTX
The V14 MAX comes pre-installed with the EdgeTX open-source firmware. EdgeTX is an open-source firmware for remote control transmitters used in RC applications such as model airplanes, drones, model ships, and model vehicles. It is highly customizable and allows users to configure their transmitters and adjust the settings to their individual preferences and specific needs.
EdgeTX supports a wide variety of RC protocols, making it a popular choice in the RC community. Its flexible and powerful features make it a versatile tool for advanced users looking to take their RC activities to the next level.
ELRS Radio System
The V14 MAX is offered with an internal ELRS RF module. ExpressLRS (ELRS) is an open-source radio system that offers high update rates and low latency. It is ideal for all RC applications where fast response times are critical.
T-Antenna
The newly developed and patented T-antenna ensures excellent signal quality and increased range. The foldable T-antenna also serves as a carrying handle.
AI Voice Assistants
The V14 MAX is equipped with AI voice recognition, which offers a unique interaction experience with the transmitter through personalized voice inputs, supported by the EdgeTX software.
Intelligent Safety Features
The V14 MAX is equipped with three high-precision voltage and current sensor measuring units with a measurement accuracy of 0.2%. This allows the system's operating status to be monitored in real time, as well as the working status of the transmitter battery, the main control system, the built-in radio frequency module, and the external radio frequency module. If the system detects abnormal current and voltage signals, it automatically protects the system and the radio frequency modules and issues warnings. It prevents damage caused by moisture, short circuits, overvoltage, and overcurrent, and prevents flight accidents in advance.
Motion Control
The V14 MAX is equipped with 3-axis acceleration and 3-axis gyroscope sensors. This allows control functions to be controlled by moving the transmitter—i.e., changing its position. The motion control function is activated via the AI voice assistant and deactivated again by moving the gimbal.
Programmable Gimbal
LED The two LED rings consist of 16 colored LEDs. The flashing mode and colors of the gimbal LEDs can be adjusted using a simple selection program. Switches can then be used to switch between different modes.
HG01 CNC Gimbal
The HG01 gimbal units are fully CNC-machined and mounted on four ball bearings for maximum precision. The preload and travel adjustments are accessible from the front, allowing for easy fine-tuning. The HG01 control units are equipped with a Hall sensor.
